Return Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order onlyβ€”no returns required. That means you can keep the bottle, no need to ship it back.

To help us improve, we ask that you provide a brief reason for your return when submitting your request.


Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The order must be your first purchase with us

  • You must request the return within 60 days of receiving the product

  • You must provide a reason for the return and proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

  • The bottle does not need to be shipped back

Note: Repeat orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.


How to Request a Return

2. Include your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Email address used at checkout

3. If approved, we’ll confirm the refund and you’llΒ keep the product.

4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method withinΒ 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vynelab.com with photos so we can resolve it quickly.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return any order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
